Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for the supply and install of residential water treatment systems, on an as and when required basis. The purpose of this Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) is to establish a list of pre-qualified suppliers to carry out the pre-installation inspection, installation, and maintenance of residential water treatment systems.
