This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner This requirement is for the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for CORCAN-Correctional Service of Canada for the supply of royal blue interlock fabric and collars in order to produce inmate polo shirts.
