Transport Canada - Multi-Modal Safety and Security - Research and Science Collaboration’s (MMSS-RSC’s) Clean Marine program seeks to conduct testing of Zero Emission Propulsion Systems (ZEPS). All projects must be completed by March 31, 2030, with a proposed contract start date on or after April 1, 2027. The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian services.
