Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for Soft Body Armour including Flat and Shaped Panels and internal and external carriers. This requirement is subject to the Canada Free Trade Agreement and the Buy Canada Policy will apply and only Canadian Suppliers can participate.
